BIM Modeler for Public Health Projects

At CommandTech-CAD-IT-PVT-LTD, we seek a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team of experts. As a key member of our public health projects, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.
  • Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
