We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, 2D production drawings, and managing the BIM workflow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building construction, proficiency in Revit software, and excellent communication skills.

  • You will produce 3D models consistent with industry guidelines and company standards.
  • Annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings.
  • Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization and model exchanges.
  • Maintain structural BIM / CAD files for use in structural design drawings.
  • Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches.

In terms of qualifications, we require:

  • A minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software.
  • A strong understanding of how a building comes together.
  • The ability to think in 3-D.
