We are seeking a skilled Lead Structural Designer to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of industries worldwide. The Lead Structural Designer will be responsible for:

  • Studying and analyzing project drawings & specifications.
  • Designing steel Pole Structures using PLS Pole software.
  • Creating designs for base plate, flange plates, arm connection and other miscellaneous connections.
  • Preparing Structures Design using Design utility codes (NESC, ANSI, ASCE 48-11 and NEMA SG6) and TIA 222-G code for wireless monopoles.
  • Developing complete bid quotations including pricing and estimation.
  • Leading team coordination and quality meetings.
  • Coordinating with clients and attending meetings.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification.
  • Proficiency in PLS Pole Tool.
  • Prior experience in pole and tower structures is essential.
