- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide structural design and engineering inputs for social infrastructure projects.
- Review and finalise structural designs, drawings, and estimates.
- Carry out structural analysis and ensure compliance with international building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialists to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Assess foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
- Prepare design basis reports, structural Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
- Conduct a review of project deliverables from a structural perspective.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in structural engineering design, proficiency in structural design software, knowledge of international building codes, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
