BIM Coordinator MEP

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to lead the digital delivery of our design and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing BIM workflows, developing and implementing protocols, and ensuring seamless integration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the use of BIM tools and software to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices within the project team.
  • Analyze client requirements and implement effective BIM execution plans.
  • Communicate and document BIM-related information to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Navis for coordination and other industry-specific software.
  • Strong understanding of MEP services and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
