Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute complex campaigns using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and execute intricate rules using Adobe Campaign, leveraging Java programming skills.
  • Collaborate with product owners on requirements gathering and translate them into actionable workflows within Adobe campaign.
  • Monitor ongoing communications, identify and troubleshoot issues, make necessary modifications, and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports utilizing available tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies for campaign design.
  • Contribute to the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of Adobe Campaign Classic experience. Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, and Excel functions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • The capacity to comprehend and anticipate business needs, as well as outline corresponding benefits.
  • Familiarity with data-driven methodologies and procedures.
