About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Digital Specialist with hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, who can collaborate as part of a dynamic team.
Our boutique growth agency partners with select ecommerce and lead generation brands, focusing on impactful outcomes over volume.
You will execute high-quality campaigns, work closely with our Australian team, and continually learn and grow.
This role is for someone who delivers consistently, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a well-structured environment.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and maintain account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale
- Stay on top of algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates
Conversion Tracking & Platform Integration:
- Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads)
- Troubleshoot and refine attribution setups
- Work with Shopify integrations, conversion APIs, and tagging systems
Performance Optimisation:
- Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing
- Optimize for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals
- Use data and creative testing to improve results over time
Client Communication & Reporting:
- Create short videos to explain strategy, wins, or performance issues
- Prepare reports with clear insights (not just charts)
- Bring ideas to internal calls on client performance
