About the Role

Our team is seeking a talented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive business growth.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • A/B Testing: A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to continually improve results and identify areas for optimization.
  • Strategy and Insights: Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness while providing actionable insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Client Management: Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay ahead of industry trends.
Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai. We offer flexible 8-hour shifts and require our team members to work 6 days a week.
