Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead, mentor, and coach a group of digital collections specialists to meet performance targets and develop effective strategies for managing digital assets.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and chat platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve recovery rates.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to track team performance, analyze campaign results, and create comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
