Job Title: Telecom Sales Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional with experience in telecom sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading sales teams, as well as building strong relationships with C-level clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecom sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients across India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of motivation and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telecom solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in telecom B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong experience in handling pan-India C-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel across India as required.
