
Front Office Team Lead

As a Front Office Manager / Asst Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to achieve the highest standards. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a high focus on customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a high level of customer service awareness at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for resolving issues and communicating with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and implement actions to make improvements.
- Actively seek feedback from customers and team members to continually improve performance.
- Assist on the floor during peak periods to ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Be available to assist during busy days or special events.
- Set an example for team members by maintaining a presence in the lobby and promoting guest service standards.
- Assist guests with reasonable requests and train team members to anticipate guest needs.
- Have detailed knowledge of departmental standards and train team members individually on specific job skills checklists.
- Monitor standards through regular review checks and develop action plans to address shortfalls.
