Job Summary:
  • Develop and execute proactive campaigns to re-engage at-risk listeners.
  • Design multi-channel win-back strategies for lapsed users.
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Churn Prevention:
    • Identify at-risk users through data analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Engage with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to understand the root causes of dissatisfaction.
    • Launch targeted campaigns to prevent churn.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation:
    • Own end-to-end win-back campaigns, including user segmentation and offer development.
    • Test and optimize campaign effectiveness using A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Report on KPIs and translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product and content teams to prioritize roadmap features that address core churn drivers.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer retention or save strategies.
  • Innovative problem-solver with a creative approach to churn mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools.
  • Experimenter's mindset, with a focus on hypothesis-driven decision-making.
