Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent food philosophy with standardized products.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness by maintaining profitability in all areas.
  • Evaluate systems to facilitate improvement where possible.
  • Follow HACCP procedures and keep clear records at all times.
  • Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products.
  • Manage staff in each section to ensure proper use of equipment and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Monitor staff grooming and personal hygiene to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with the Culinary Department to ensure event objectives are achieved and standards are maintained.
  • Oversee stock take and stock rotation for assigned sections.
  • Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Requirements:

This role requires expertise in managing associations, convention and exhibitions organizers. We prefer candidates currently employed at esteemed properties.
