Job Opportunity:

As an E-Learning Developer, you will design and develop high-quality e-learning modules and courses that meet the needs of our diverse learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and e-learning principles. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content using various technologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our learners.
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of experience in e-learning development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theory.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
