Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to contribute to our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our e-content development cycle, focusing on the creation and review of engaging and effective learning materials. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools to produce high-quality content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with project specifications and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and review storyboards/scripts and assessments as a core part of the e-content development cycle.
  • Ensure that all changes and improvements made to content are meticulously tracked and incorporated across all relevant platforms and materials.
  • Verify the adherence to specifications by rigorously checking the final deliverables of each project.

Our ideal candidate will possess a graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field, with 5-7 years of work experience as a Learning Experience Designer. They should be well-versed with instructional design models and capable of executing/reviewing storyboarding/scripting, assessment creation/review, and output/build reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of work experience as a Learning Experience Designer.
  • Instructional Design Mastery: Well-versed with Instructional Design models.
  • E-learning Tools: Demonstrated command over e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate well across cross-functional teams.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Graphic Designers for the development of necessary graphics and animations, and with the LMS technical team to ensure new content is uploaded, tested, and rolled out seamlessly as per plan and requirements.
