Senior E-Commerce Training Specialist

This role is for a leading organization that aims to develop the next generation of e-commerce marketers in India. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Training Specialist who can design and deliver comprehensive training modules on e-commerce topics, mentoring students to excel as digital marketers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cutting-edge training programs focused on e-commerce trends, best practices, and real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with external experts to ensure consistently high-quality training delivery and leverage industry insights.
  • Support student-led projects with partner brands, fostering campaigns that deliver tangible impact while students gain practical exposure.
Key Requirements
  • Develop a curriculum grounded in data-driven strategies, case studies, and industry-proven tactics from India's e-commerce space.
  • Ensure students work on hands-on projects replicating the responsibilities of e-commerce managers, including building landing pages, managing listings, running ads, and more.
  • Utilize placement data and analytics to refine content and improve hiring outcomes, driving business growth through strategic decision-making.
Performance Metrics
  • Placement Percentage Rate: Primary Metric.
  • Student Engagement and Satisfaction: Foster interactive and engaging learning experiences using case studies, challenges, and gamified tools like Kahoot.
  • Predictive Validity of Assessments: Design interviews, presentations, and assessments that mirror real-world evaluation criteria, continuously refining these tools to ensure top-performing students succeed in actual placements.
