Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Manager to spearhead the optimization and management of our Learning Management System (LMS).
This pivotal role involves overseeing employee training activities, driving high-quality learning content development, and fostering an engaging employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in LMS administration, instructional design, and e-learning content creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and optimize the company's LMS for seamless online learning experiences.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on LMS utilization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system functionality aligns with training needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the LMS with HR and business systems for data sharing and reporting.
- Efficiently upload and organize learning content within the LMS.
- Maintain up-to-date course materials, assessments, and certifications.
- Accurately record employee trainings in the LMS and track learner progress.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop detailed content outlines and technical training content.
- Ensure content is tailored to team needs and organizational objectives.
- Develop engaging training materials such as e-learning modules, videos, and assessments hosted on the LMS.
- Curate internal and external learning content aligned with employee development needs.
