Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Training Lead

This role involves developing impactful learning experiences, training students and ensuring they are industry-ready to excel in e-commerce and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Content Development (80%): Develop structured modules covering landing page optimization, marketplace management, paid ads and campaign execution. Deliver engaging live online sessions using interactive tools and real-world simulations. Mentor students on industry practices, preparing them for roles in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Program Innovation & Consulting (20%): Guide students on consulting assignments with brands, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. Experiment with new teaching formats and approaches to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

Expected Milestones:
  • Month 1: Familiarize yourself with the training philosophy, co-facilitate live sessions and shadow student projects.
  • Month 2: Deliver independent sessions, launch revamped modules and mentor junior coaches.
  • Month 3+: Take ownership of e-commerce/quick-commerce modules, lead consulting projects and drive innovations in program design.

Success Metrics:
  • Placement Rate: Consistently improve student placement outcomes through industry-relevant training.
  • Student Engagement (NPS): Maintain high levels of learner satisfaction, motivation and participation.
  • Assessment Validity: Design evaluation tools that accurately predict real-world performance in job roles.
