About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Learning Management Specialist / Project Manager to manage and optimize our client's Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system (LMS). In this role, you will oversee course publishing, content management, user administration, and analytics, ensuring seamless learning experiences and compliance training delivery. This role combines technical platform expertise with project management skills to ensure seamless course delivery, effective learning administration, and successful content development and your work will directly support organizational learning objectives and enhance learner engagement.

Work Location: Remote from India, but must be willing to work Europe or US Eastern working hours

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, publish, and maintain learning courses, curricula, and learning paths in Cornerstone LMS.

  • Manage course enrollment, prerequisites, completion tracking, and content updates.

  • Conduct quality assurance on content and ensure adherence to standards.

  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions, while monitoring learner progress.

  • Generate learning analytics reports to measure engagement and effectiveness.

  • Support compliance training and provide technical assistance to learners.

  • Collaborate with L&D teams to optimize platform usage and implement new learning technologies.

  • Participate in platform upgrades, vendor coordination, and development of governance policies.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years of LMS administration experience (preferably Cornerstone OnDemand).

  • 2+ years of project management experience in learning and development.

  • Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand configuration and administration.

  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and AICC standards.

  • Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; familiarity with HTML/CSS.

  • Project management software proficiency (Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Focus on learner experience, process improvement, and change management.

Preferred:

  • PMP or similar certification.

  • Cornerstone OnDemand or other LMS certifications.

  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).

  • Background in adult learning principles.
