Functional Trainer
">Job Description:
">A Functional Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to employees across various business domains. The role requires a deep understanding of company methodology, as well as the ability to develop engaging and effective learning strategies.
">Responsibilities:
">1. Develop comprehensive training content, including presentations, videos, product demos, and hands-on assessments.
">2. Deliver training sessions online and offline, ensuring that all program content aligns with company methodology.
">3. Collaborate with operational, credit, sales, and technology teams to design and develop program content.
">4. Design and regularly update training programs and course materials, such as handouts, PPTs, question papers, and assignments.
">5. Prepare and maintain management information systems (MIS) and dashboards.
">6. Create and manage a repository of all training delivered, including attendance records and feedback forms.
">7. Generate learning reports and publish results at the end of each program delivery.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex situations effectively.
">2. Excellent planning and organizing skills to engage resources and deliver results.
">3. Ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data.
">4. Minimum 3-8 years' experience in functional domain knowledge.
">5. Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
