Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management and Data Mining Specialist to join our team in Noida The ideal candidate will manage and maintain data resources ensure data quality and apply data mining techniques to uncover valuable insights This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes enhance decision-making and support strategic business objectives Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced data mining techniques to identify patterns trends and actionable insights Collaborate with inside sales and business teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions Support marketing and sales teams by delivering data insights for targeted campaigns and initiatives Clean preprocess and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability Design and implement data models pipelines and efficient storage solutions Manage data uploads and maintenance on platforms like Outreach and Salesforce Ensure timely and effective data channelling to facilitate smooth inside sales operations Oversee and monitor all data uploads and processes on Outreach Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field Technical Skills Strong knowledge of tools such as ZoomInfo Salesforce Zero Bounce Outreach and LinkedIn Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel advanced and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation Familiarity with data modelling data cleaning and visualization tools is a plus Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
