Recruitment Strategist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the entire recruitment process, and hiring top talent across all positions. This role requires a strong understanding of the BPO industry and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to define recruitment requirements and interview processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with functional heads to define recruitment requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure all metrics are met.
- Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure success and report to key stakeholders.
- Manage pan-India hiring and international recruitment processes.
- Ensure cost-effective source mix and innovative talent sourcing methods.
- Conduct interviews, administer tests, and roll out offers for end-to-end recruitment.
- Work on recruitment-related projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Demonstrable creativity in sourcing candidates and marketing the brand.
- Experience in handling multiple offices across regions.
