Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Sales Director to lead our Sales Development team at Kaizen SRA Tech pvt ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SDR leadership, sales strategy, and pipeline management in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they meet or exceed pipeline and goals.
• Develop and execute strategies for generating and qualifying leads, particularly in the SaaS/Cyber Security and technology services space.
• Collaborate with Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to optimize lead generation processes and manage the pipeline effectively.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and messaging.

Requirements

• Deep Cybersecurity Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including advanced threats, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in leading and scaling SDR teams, particularly in B2B environments within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Executive-Level Leadership and Management: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building, mentoring, and managing large, geographically dispersed SDR teams.
