
Territory Sales Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this role is to boost enrollment and sales within a designated territory. Key tasks include market analysis, lead generation, admission processes, system updates, and daily reporting.
Market Analysis:
A deep understanding of the micro-market, prospect base, ecosystem, and employment exchanges is crucial for success in this position. This involves knowledge of tier-3 colleges, alumni networks, and non-organised sectors.
Lead Generation:
a. Conduct various activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and unorganised sector workforce within and outside the location to generate leads.
b. Engage with graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation, build relationships with stakeholders, and create a database of eligible candidates.
c. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations and activity management end-to-end.
d. Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month.
e. Generate database of eligible candidates, telephone calling on prospects/database, making presentations, convincing students to take up the course, and paying training fees.
Admission Process:
a. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with students and follow the admission process.
System Updates & Daily Reporting:
a. Update systems regularly and contribute to batch occupancy and launch.
b. Daily activity reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
