We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enrolment Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for speaking with pre-qualified leads, using a proven sales process and script to onboard new clients, and managing your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

About the Role
  • Speak with 100% pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calls)
  • Use a proven, high-converting sales process & script to onboard new clients
  • Manage your pipeline: schedule meetings, follow up, update CRM daily
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Growth Path

  • Year 1: Enrolment Specialist (₹65K–₹1L+ monthly potential)
  • Year 2: Senior Enrolment Specialist / Team Lead
  • Year 3+: Sales Manager (leading & training your own team)
Requirements
  • Have 3+ years' experience in sales
  • Have successfully sold courses/mentorship programs priced at ₹50,000 or above
  • Be skilled at rapport-building, objection handling, and creating urgency
  • Be confident, emotionally intelligent, and highly results-driven
