About the Position
Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and process-driven Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join our customer service and sales team.
Main Responsibilities:- Nurturing Leads: Engage with customers who have requested repair quotes, provide guidance, answer questions, and encourage them to confirm bookings.
- Outbound Communications: Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Follow-Up & Organisation: Effectively manage follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient system operations.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively chase technicians for outstanding quotes, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Customer Experience: Develop rapport quickly, handle objections empathetically, and maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in high-call-volume environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English, clear and confident phone manner, and a warm, engaging personality.
- Sales Mindset: Comfortable guiding customers toward informed decisions without aggressive selling.
- Organisation: Highly process-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Proactivity: Takes initiative to chase missing information and drive deals forward.
- Resilience: Comfortable making repeated calls and handling objections without losing energy or positivity.
