The Role
Business Growth StrategistAs a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a vital role in expanding our platform's reach and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding suppliers and consumers, and driving the initiation of transactions.
- You will implement our Go-To-Market strategy for the region, sourcing reliable suppliers and engaging potential consumers to build strong relationships.
- You will identify and establish partnerships with transporters and logistics providers to ensure seamless movement of goods.
- You will increase off-take of value-added services from marketplace participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate suppliers, consumers, and transporters into our platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing ongoing support and resolving issues as they arise.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, assessing demand, competition, and market trends.
- Optimize sales processes using CRM tools to maximize productivity.
- Drive transaction initiation within defined timelines by ensuring all key stakeholders are active and operational.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of onboarding and business setup.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- 75% travel per month in rural industrial areas.
