Business Development Manager
">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to capture market share.
You will work closely with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals, manage a sales team to maximize revenue, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze regional market trends, identify new opportunities for growth, and develop innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
In addition, you will be responsible for suggesting new services/products and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction, reviewing regional expenses, and recommending improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Area Manager or related roles, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.

- Proven experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Flexibility to travel locally and regionally as required
