Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an experienced HR professional to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Policies and Human Resources expertise.
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively.
