About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our team in delivering PriceFx implementations for our clients. With 10-12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ products, modules/accelerators, and infrastructure setup.

The successful candidate should be able to design low-level architecture, perform feasibility assessments, and guide development teams on complex implementation challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional knowledge to help clients transform and optimize their pricing strategies and quoting experience
  • Lead delivery teams that build and manage customer relationships for optimized sales experience
  • Advise clients on evaluation, selection, and implementation of appropriate CPQ tools
  • Evaluate and resolve complexities pertaining to integration and interfaces between systems
  • Guide clients to optimize application performance and scalability
  • Train junior team members to develop a CPQ practice within Deloitte India
Technical Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with different CPQ applications (PROS/PriceFX/Vendavo)
  • Relevant experience of 8-12 years in CPQ sales/delivery
  • Managed at least 2-3 complex CPQ implementation programs
  • Working with Business stakeholders and Technical Architects to translate End User Requirements into Functional/Technical Design Specifications
  • Design lead involved in impact assessment, Functional feasibility analysis, and high-level approach
  • Leading PoCs by defining functional parameters and design to meet business objectives
  • Ensure data requirements are accurately documented for implementation of CPQ Solutions
  • Identify customization requests from low-level design perspective
  • Ensure high-level code documentation before every deployment
  • Assist in obtaining final sign-off
  • Review cut-over plan with PMs/Product teams
  • Work with product teams to ensure right outcomes for code scan
  • Triage/drive functional investigation(s) and give inputs for RCA in case of cluster-wide technical issues
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles involving Java or Groovy
