We seek a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Professional to drive business growth in our market.
Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO ENHANCE BUSINESS EXPANSION.
- IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPAND THE CUSTOMER BASE THROUGH EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS FOR SMOOTH DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESOLVE ISSUES PROMPTLY.
- ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY TO STAY AHEAD IN THE MARKET.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PREFERENCES.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
