Bank Relationship Developer

- This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned banks in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing RMs/Sales people in banks who are also involved in mutual funds.
Responsibilities:- Influencing decision-making at senior levels to secure mind share from banks.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch managers, Senior RMs, and Regional Heads.
- MAPPING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PRIMARY SELLING, RELATIONSHIP MANAGING CROSS SELLING A RANGE OF M.F (INVESTMENT) PRODUCTS.
- Ensuring effective and smooth relationship with assigned banks in the region for growth in business.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.
- Proven track record of developing business through consultative engagement.
- Knowledge of mutual fund products and services.
