Job Title: Outreach Relationship Developer

We are looking for an experienced Outreach Relationship Developer to join our team. As a key member of our outreach strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to build relationships with prospective students, schools, and coaching centers.

  • You will work closely with our marketing team to maximize visibility and improve connections with key influencers such as coaching heads, tuition center heads, school counselors, principals, and teachers.
  • You will lead relationship development initiatives across North India for our School Connect program with the aim of improving student inflow from these coaching and schools.
  • You will be responsible for delivering presentations and interactive sessions across different schools in the country.
  • You will build up a coaching network to increase reach, build brand awareness, and drive conversions.
  • You will strategize and organize/participate in events like principal meets, open houses, and career fairs.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong relationship development skills, a strong network in coaching networks in North India, excellent communication skills, persistence, and a willingness to travel.

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
