Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our outbound prospecting efforts by conducting research on potential clients, nurturing early-stage conversations, and booking appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a remote team environment.

  • Research prospects and tailor outreach to improve engagement.
  • Nurture early-stage conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and refine outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies that drive business growth.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing tools to engage with prospects and build relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outreach to different audiences.
  • Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales outreach.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment and able to collaborate effectively with others.
