Job Title: Community Growth Partner

About the Role

This is a fully remote, freelance, commission-based role that involves reaching out to community admins and onboarding them to Earnpaste. As a Community Growth Partner, you will be responsible for finding and reaching out to the right community admins, describing how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and reach out to the appropriate community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Describe how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors
  • Help onboard interested admins to the platform
  • Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days
  • Report leads and usage via a shared tracker

What You'll Earn

  • ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors
  • Potential to join Earnpaste in a long-term role or leadership position

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused
  • Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus – but not required
