**Relationship Manager Role Summary:**

Job Description:The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering strong connections with clients in the Signature Banking segment. Key responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and nurturing client relationships to achieve personal and business unit goals.
Key achievements will be measured by the successful implementation of relationship deepening techniques and new business acquisition activities. This includes acquiring and managing Resident and NRI clients, collaborating with product specialists to offer tailored banking and wealth management solutions, and cross-selling trade, wealth, and insurance products.
Closely working with service delivery ambassadors to deliver superior service to clients and ensure 360-degree client engagement is also a key responsibility.
Strong educational background in finance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for selling and entrepreneurship are essential qualifications for this role.
Additional requirements include IRDA certification, AMFI/NISM certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management. Prioritizing client satisfaction and driving business results through effective relationship management is crucial.
