Digital Transformation Expert

Our organization seeks an accomplished Power Platform Developer to spearhead digital transformation and innovation.
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to streamline workflows and enhance data visibility.
- Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, to automate repetitive tasks and boost productivity.
- Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions and inform business strategy.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) to create seamless experiences and improve collaboration.
- Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration and to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions that drive business value.
- Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security to ensure the integrity and reliability of our solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions to ensure their continued success and effectiveness.
Core Competencies:
- Technical: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to design, build, and maintain innovative solutions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive results and improve efficiency.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs to integrate and analyze complex data sets.
- UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces that meet the needs of diverse users.
- Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing to manage and govern solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments and deliver successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field to provide a strong foundation for success.
- 3-5 years of experience in related domain to bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
