Digital Transformation Strategist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to lead and govern our organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of frameworks for next-generation technologies, including AI-based GCC and AMS, as well as a strong grasp of business-IT alignment, Agile development methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires the ability to develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with organizational objectives, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy, and define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and govern the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the digital transformation initiative
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that align with the digital transformation strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of frameworks for next-generation technologies, including AI-based GCC and AMS
  • Strong grasp of business-IT alignment, Agile development methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with data analysis tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • EA certifications (e.g. TOGAF)
