Lead Transformation and Growth Initiative

We seek an experienced Senior Manager to drive business transformation and growth through leading digital initiatives.

This role involves developing and executing strategies to solve business problems and opportunities in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain, ensuring alignment with program and strategic objectives. You will oversee the delivery of planned digital projects, RPA bots, AI/ML projects, and Six Sigma initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that address business challenges and opportunities in the F&A domain.
  • Lead the delivery of digital projects, including RPA bots, AI/ML projects, and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Champion continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and bad bench reduction initiatives.
  • Support operational excellence, automation, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and standardization.

Requirements:

  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain with expertise in transformation across all sub-processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and influencing abilities.

  • Client-facing consulting experience
