Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our delivery center.

  • To be successful in this role, you will require at least 18 years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • A minimum of 10–12 years of leadership experience managing large teams or delivery centers is necessary.
  • You should possess strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred) is essential.
  • Knowledge of gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills are required.
