
Regional Business Development Manager

This is a vital role that necessitates the management of partnerships and alliances with local officials and dealers. You will also be responsible for sourcing electric vehicle fleet customers in the local market, analyzing regional trends, and discovering new opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), local officials, and their dealerships.
- Engage in direct fieldwork to identify and source electric vehicle fleet customers in the local market.
- Conduct thorough analysis of regional market trends and uncover novel opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the rollout of new regions and partner onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with partners to develop monthly sales strategies and manage lead funnels.
- Manage both soft and hard collections.
- Ensure alignment between the region and our pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional Head - Retail Finance.
- Guarantee fluency in the local language, effectively handling local teams and bulk clients for the region.

- Propose innovative sales techniques and services/products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Should have the capability to build and lead a new team.

- Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections within a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
- Willingness to engage in extensive travel to connect with the market.
- Prior experience in vehicle finance, particularly with new or used commercial vehicles.
