Role Overview

This role acts as the first line of defense for demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring regional IT services align with global corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • The role involves liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT teams.
  • It requires ensuring local IT services are standardized under corporate governance.
  • The person in this role oversees procurement processes, guaranteeing PRs/POs are created and processed accurately.
  • They will coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensuring compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements, is a key aspect of this role.
  • Aligning regional IT setups with global standards and processes is another important responsibility.
  • The person in this role provides troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Acting as the escalation point for SPOCs facing complex IT/service challenges is also part of the job.
  • Supporting contract management and monitoring vendor performance is a critical function.
  • Maintaining documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
