About Abdos Labtech Private Limited:
We are a trusted name in the Life Sciences industry, specializing in high-quality laboratory plasticware and consumables.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by establishing relationships with new customers in Central America, Caribbean and Latin America from India dispatch.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets set for the year.
- E nsure sufficient stocks available with distributors to serve end clients.
- Engage with end customers to promote brand awareness and resolve customer grievances.
- Provide regular market updates and competitor analysis to HQ, along with tentative forecasts and new project proposals for growth.
- Leverage new product launches with the product management team as and when launched by Abdos Labtech.
- Develop strategic direction for the team on operations and business planning for the year.
- Promote marketing activities, including road shows, expos, digital marketing and others.
- Initiate and participate in sales promotions activities in the region.
- Gather systematic feedback from customers on service and monitor improvement opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of sales experience in laboratory consumables market/Life Science in Central and Latin America.
- Multilingual with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge in Portuguese language an advantage.
- Experience in Life Science and Scientific products sales and marketing.
- Analytical skills and Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
