Job Title: Senior Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our post-consumer recyclables commodity sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a strong understanding of the recycling and sustainability sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of post-consumer recyclables (PCR) with a focus on plastics and other commodity materials.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach across relevant industries, not limited to plastics.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility.
- Manage CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales within commodities, recycling, sustainability, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of post-consumer waste and recycling operations.
- Proven success in new business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle cross-functional coordination.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
- Fluent in English.
