Senior Manager – Post-Consumer Recyclables (Commodity Sales)Reporting to the CIO, the Sr. Manager- Recycled Plastics Sales will lead the outreach and engagement with our industry partners to help make the transition from virgin plastic to ethically sourced recycled plastic.The Sr. Manager – Post-Consumer Recyclables (Commodity Sales) will be responsible for driving the sales and market development of post-consumer recyclable materials across both domestic and international markets. The role requires a strategic mindset to penetrate new sectors, strong client relationship management, and a passion for sustainability.Roles and Responsibilities:Drive sales of post-consumer recyclables (PCR) with a focus on plastics and other commodity materials.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach across relevant industries, not limited to plastics.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales planning.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility.Manage CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.Skills & Expertise:Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 7 years of experience in B2 B sales within commodities, recycling, sustainability, or related sectors.Strong knowledge of post-consumer waste and recycling operations.Proven success in new business development and client acquisition.Open to candidates from outside the plastics industry with relevant commodity sales experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and handle cross-functional coordination.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Fluent in English.CTC:As per Industry Standards, Performance Bonus and Medical InsuranceDisclaimer-PFC is an equal employment opportunity for all employees and provides employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
