Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role demands effective communication skills and a passion for forging strong client relationships to drive our business forward.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Must have the ability to understand and convey technical information about our dental restoration products.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve company sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region to meet with clients and attend industry events if required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to highlight product benefits.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to align marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance sales efforts.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data management for seamless transactions.
  • Provide timely feedback and market updates to management to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
