
Ecommerce Growth Strategist

In the realm of e-commerce, there exists a pivotal role that hinges on the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns. We seek an individual who can skillfully navigate and optimize these campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on e-commerce funnels.
- Experiment with novel strategies, creatives, and target audiences to maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
- Implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage shoppers and enhance lifetime value.
- Analyze performance metrics (cost-per-click, cost-per-action, click-through rate, average order value, and lifetime value) and distill data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of operating profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google & Meta.
- Experience scaling budgets responsibly and profitably.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: PPC, bidding models, conversion optimization.
