We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, strategy development, and execution within the eCommerce/Omnichannel/Direct-to-Consumer industry.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have sharp analytical skills, business acumen, and deep knowledge of the market. Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end program strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to align goals with company objectives, evaluating market trends, assessing regulatory impacts, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage program strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with engineering leads and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  3. Evaluate online and offline market evolution, competitor strategies, and assess their impact on the eCommerce/retail industry.
  4. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to drive sales and traffic growth.
  5. Proactively identify areas for business optimization and efficiency improvements.
  6. Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Orient programs to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  8. Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  9. Track progress qualitatively and quantitatively.
