Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries via voice in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions
  • Work with high-value clients in Investment Banking / Wealth Management
  • Record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM/ticketing tools
  • Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 high-performance environment
  • Evaluate complex issues following defined protocols
  • Maintain professionalism while dealing with high-value international clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
  • Prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in BFSI domain
  • Understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Communication Skills (International Standards)
  • Knowledge or interest in Investment Banking, Portfolio & Wealth Management
  • 1-4 years of voice process/customer support experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility for night shifts & willingness to work from office

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
