Global Customer Support Professional

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and internal stakeholders during the proposal process. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert technical advice and solutions to customers, conducting analytical studies to determine optimal technical solutions, and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical guidance and solutions to customer inquiries about products and systems.
  • Conducting in-depth analytical and diagnostic studies to identify optimal solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving complex customer issues; ensuring achievement of targets on orders, net price variance, and net promoter score.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • A full-time mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
